Hi Reader, There’s something I haven’t really talked about this year. Mostly because I’m a pretty private person. But also because, for a while, I didn’t quite know what to say. If you’ve noticed that I’ve been unusually quiet, there’s a reason. Actually… there are about 47 reasons. 😂 It started innocently enough with a home renovation. The planning and designing began back in December. January and February became a blur of sourcing materials, making decisions, and second-guessing those decisions. The first demo hammer finally fell at the end of March, and the major work wrapped up sometime in June. And as anyone who has ever renovated a house knows, one thing somehow turns into seventeen things. By the time we got to painting and finishing touches, what started as a renovation had seemingly touched almost every corner of my life. And my body was done. What I didn’t fully understand at the time was just how depleted it already was. I eventually discovered that I was dealing with an active EBV reactivation alongside an already overburdened system—the environmental toxin report alone was FIVE pages long. Add in the hormonal rollercoaster of perimenopause (because apparently we needed another character in this story 😂), and my nervous system had very little left to give. And neither did I. For the first time in a long time, I felt almost completely resistant to my business. Not because I stopped caring about this work. Quite the opposite. I care deeply about the people who trust me enough to let me into some of the most tender parts of their lives. And I knew I didn’t have the capacity to hold that space in the way I wanted to. The truth was, I had too many balls in the air—and I simply couldn’t keep juggling all of them. Something had to be put down. My family needed me. My health and well-being needed me. And with so much happening in our home and in our lives, I had to get really honest about where the limited energy and capacity I had needed to go. So my business became the ball I gently put up on the shelf. Not because I stopped caring about it. Not because I was giving up. But because it was the one thing I could give myself permission to pause. And I’m incredibly grateful that I could. Because sometimes honoring yourself isn’t about dropping everything and putting yourself first. Sometimes it’s simply acknowledging that you can’t give everything your all at the same time. There are seasons when something has to give. When our capacity changes. When our priorities need to shift. And rather than pushing harder, judging ourselves for not being able to “do it all,” or continuing to give from reserves that simply aren’t there, we get to decide what matters most right now. For me, that was my health, my family, and our collective well-being. So I let my business be quiet. I stopped asking myself when I was going to get back to it. And I trusted that when I had the capacity to hold it again, I would know. Over these past few months, I’ve slowly felt that capacity returning. I’ve rested. Detoxed. Taken more baths than I can count. Started moving my body again. Begun supporting my hormones (hello, HRT 👋). Cleared things out. Organized. Simplified. And apparently, I’ve entered what can only be described as my de-clunking, debunking, and de-junking era. Because once I started, it spilled into everything. Including my business. There’s a new, much simpler website. I’m getting clearer about the work I want to do and the way I want to do it. And after months of feeling like I had absolutely nothing to give, something I haven’t felt in a while has returned: Excitement. I want to create again. I want to connect again. And most importantly, I feel ready to hold space again. But I don’t feel like I’m simply picking up where I left off. I’m coming back differently. More intentional about where I put my energy. More aware of my capacity. More connected to my body. And much more willing to trust myself when something inside of me says, this is enough for now. And maybe that’s one of the biggest things this season has taught me. I wasn’t stepping away from my work. I was living it. Because this is the work. Learning to listen to ourselves. Recognizing the patterns that tell us we should keep pushing, keep giving, keep accommodating, keep holding it all together. Learning what safety actually feels like in our bodies. Trusting ourselves enough to honor what we need—even when another part of us thinks we should be able to handle more. My work has evolved, although in many ways it hasn’t changed at all. Yes, narcissistic and emotionally unhealthy relationships are still very much part of my work. But my work has always been about something deeper than the person or relationship that hurt us. It’s about what happens within us as a result. The nervous system. The protective patterns. The ways we learned to abandon ourselves to preserve connection. The difficulty trusting what we feel, what we know and what we need. And ultimately, the relationship we have with ourselves. That’s where I feel called to go even deeper. And it feels really, really good to be excited about doing this work again. Which brings me to some news… Private 1:1 Sound Healing Sessions are officially BACK. 🎶 If your own nervous system has been whispering (or perhaps screaming) enough already, these sessions are a space where you don’t have to process, perform, explain or figure anything out. You get to simply receive. To rest. To soften. To let your body experience what it feels like to not be responsible for anything for a little while. I’ve missed offering these sessions, and I’m so happy to be opening my private sound healing space again. I’m also reopening my calendar for a limited number of private 1:1 coaching clients. This work is for those who are ready to go deeper—to understand the nervous system, emotional triggers and protective patterns beneath the ways they’ve learned to relate to themselves and others, and begin creating something different. Not by becoming a perfectly healed version of themselves. I certainly haven’t. And I never will. 😉 But by becoming more deeply connected to themselves. More trusting of themselves. More able to recognize what they need—and willing to honor it. That, to me, is what healing continues to look like. And perhaps that’s why I feel more ready to hold this work now than I did several months ago. Not because I’ve figured everything out. But because I’ve lived another layer of it. So, yes… I’m back. ❤️ A little clearer. A little lighter. A lot less cluttered. 😂 And very grateful to be here. If you’re in your own season of clearing out what no longer fits—physically, emotionally, relationally or otherwise—maybe you’d like to join me in my de-clunking, debunking and de-junking era. I have a feeling we’re just getting started. With love, P.S. If your body is craving some time to simply rest and receive, private 1:1 Sound Healing Sessions are now available to book. And if you’re feeling ready for deeper support, I’ve also opened a limited number of spaces for private coaching.

I work with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they can't quite seem to change. Some are navigating the effects of unhealthy relationships or relational trauma. Others have spent years putting everyone else's needs ahead of their own. Through trauma-informed coaching, nervous system awareness, and body-based practices, I help women better understand their responses, explore the patterns beneath them, and develop a more trusting relationship with themselves. I also offer private sound healing experiences for women seeking space to rest and reconnect.
