Hi Reader, I wanted to share something personal and exciting with you today. Last year, I took a deeply transformative trip to Bali that changed the way I relate to healing. One of the most impactful experiences I had was attending a Light, Sound, and Vibration (LSV) session at the Pyramids of Chi in Ubud (which I can NOT recommend highly enough!). Imagine lying on a water bed that carries sound through every cell of your body, while sacred images of geometry dance above you—like journeying through a kaleidoscope with your eyes closed. At the time, I didn’t quite understand what was happening… I just knew I felt deeply relaxed, incredibly clear, and profoundly connected to my intuition in the days and weeks that followed. That experience planted a seed in me, one that I am eternally grateful for because it's given me the greatest gift: the profound gift of sound healing. In the fall of last year, I was given something to respond to, which, as a Human Design Generator, is how the Universe brings me opportunities. The option to enroll in a Sound Healing Practitioner training through the Pyramids of Chi landed in my inbox, and my whole body screamed "YES." Since then, I’ve been immersed in the study of sound as a therapeutic modality (with the Sound Practitioner who actually trains all the Sound Healers at the Pyramids of Chi—pinch me!). As such, I’m beyond thrilled to begin offering Sound Healing Sessions as part of my trauma-informed approach. As a Holistic Trauma-Informed Coach, I’ve witnessed time and again how many of my clients arrive stuck in survival mode—locked in fight, flight, or freeze. While they intellectually understand their triggers and have tools to regulate their nervous systems, using them in the moment can feel challenging. This is where sound comes in. Sound gently guides the body into a parasympathetic state—stimulating the vagus nerve and helping to down-regulate the nervous system. What’s beautiful is that you don’t have to talk about your trauma or relive anything. Your body simply receives. With consistent sessions, sound begins to reintroduce safety in the body. That alone is profoundly healing. These sessions are deeply nourishing, and I've seen how they begin to soften the chronic tension of trauma while helping the body and mind remember what peace feels like. For now, I’ll be offering 1:1 sessions and small group sessions in person, with online group sound bath experiences coming soon. I’ll also begin weaving sound healing into sessions that include Hypnotherapy, EFT, Intuitive Guidance, and Coaching.
